Battery in Rear

    24 Prime Xse battery in the trunk
    Positive side of battery has a red cap
    Is there a way to get it off (curious)

    I had to jump mine after it ran down. I just grabbed the red cap and twisted and jerked. Not sure if that was right but it worked.

    I recall every car I've opened the trunk on having some type of cover over the positive terminal. Likely to prevent accidental shorting. They just pop off.
