I wouldn't worry about the color at this point. Your "order" is nothing more than a placeholder on a list at the dealer. They haven't placed an order with Toyota, since they can't yet for the 2010.

Not sure where you live, but in the SF bay area, the dealers don't even place orders--Toyota just gives them an allocation twice a month.

Yeah I hear you but I just am the type who would like to know I have it in te way i want it that's all... I figure they'll have to have a red color but I jsut dont want something as bright as the barcellona red was, i liked the salsa red somewhat but they stopped it when I got my 06... I am really hoping for more of a metallic burgandy without the brown tones in it... Guess we'll have to wait and see. how is it that danny and the site ot the colors but can't disclose it, a deal with toyota? If it's a leak why cant the info be put out there? just wondering

That I don't know. Toyota has plenty of reds in its lineup and we'll see if it plans to produce any new darker reds. So far, it seems to be focussing on the brighter ones.

I have a 2007 PKG 6 silver Pine Mica with Gray leather interior. That goes better together than the light tan or whatever it is called. It does need a better selection of interior colors though

If Silver Pine Mica is being dropped is there a new color being introduced for 2010 that is similar? I have really come to appreciate this color after owning it for almost 6 months.

Hello Danny, I have been watching the PriusChat since August waiting for colors to show up for the 2010. I currently drive a highlander hybrid, and now that one kid is in college can go smaller to a Prius. I have a downpayment on a 2010 already, and am 3rd in line through my dealer, once they get their allocation. Are you ready to post the colors? It is only 40 more days until Toyota officially reveals the vehicle. Please, please, please.

Yes, me too...please, please, please list the colors...as I have to decide on 2009 vs. 2010 soon! And I'm a girl so color is most important.
