Speed Sensitive Mode

The Speed Sensitive Mode HIGH, MED, LOW doesn't really work. What is the problem?

Works on my 2006. The way you can tell it works is that it doesn't sound any different as you speed up and slow down. If it didn't work, then you would hear a difference.
