I"m not able to find these setting, can someone tell me where they are? I have a Motorola v551 and overall it works great. The only problem I have is when I make calls directly from the phone. The call is made and the receiver picks up but it takes around 4 seconds for it to switch to speakerphone. Sometimes they hang up before I can say hello. I'm looking for a way to adjust this. thanks |

My Car: 2004 Prius Package: #9 Nominated 1 Time in 1 Post TOTM Awards: 0 Friends: 23 | Fern, The settings adjustment is in the hidden diagnostics menu. It is accessed by holding down the [strike:b3d4d8330f]ODO[/strike:b3d4d8330f] (edit: INFO) button and turning the headlights on and off 3 times. But, I don't think that's going to help the pick-up delay situation you're experiencing. It just takes that long for the BT connection to transfer...and it can be annoying. If you find that you have a lot of numbers you need to dial and don't want/have them in the 1-touch dialing menu there are a couple of options. 1)Pull over and use the pad on the touch screen to dial. 2)get used to the delay 3)buy the Coastaletech nav/bt defeat 4)install your own BT defeat switch--check the archives and knowledge base if you wish to explore that option |

I did the following 1) turned on the car and made sure the ODO was on the total mileage setting. (Not mil A or 2) I turned off the car 3) Held the brake down and turned on the car 4) Pressed the ODO button 5) Turned the headlights on and off 3 times ...nothing thanks in advance |
