Update on HOV plates

All HOV plates are gone.

wow just started dropping like flies these last few weeks!

so now the best choice is to really earn the HOA lane and car pool.
Just becuase the plates are gone to allow 1 person in the HOA lane doesn't mean you can't car pool. One of my firends gets an incentive from work for car pooling.
