Rattle coming from passenger window/door

My 2008 Prius has developed a very irritating rattle in just the last few days. The rattle is coming from the passenger window or door. I bought the car in late February, so I have had it for 8 months and it has about 6k miles on it. The temperatures here have been very mild - 50 degrees at night (but car is in a garage) and then up to about 85 degress during the day. I have searched for every possible source. Any ideas would be appreciated. Maybe I need to take it to the dealer. I have read all the previous posts about rattles. Thank you.

Does it sound like a tinny metal rattle or a plastic rattle? I can think of a number of possibilities.

Check the window glass to see if it is loose and that it rolls up and down properly. If not, the window regulator may be damaged.

Did you have the turn signal mirrors recently installed? There are metal clips from the tweeter pod that tend to fall inward when removed. Also, they may not have secured all of the door panel push pins when re-installing the panels and one may have fallen in. If so, take it back to the shop that did the install.

My car is 3yrs old, I've had both my door panels off and most of the interior panels (multiple times) and I have no rattles or loose parts. Fortunately, the door panels are easy to remove (10min max) so if something fell in it should not take long to find the problem.

Hi, guys. I think it might be that the plastic wind/rain guard that I have over the passenger side window that may be rattling. I have those over all 4 windows. I'm talking about the (usually tinted or smoke-colored) guards that allow you to crack your windows when parking in the summertime and also if it's raining and you want some fresh air. I have had them installed on all my cars since 1991. I absolutely love them, but I was pressing the one over my passenger window and it felt a little loose. I think I better check with the dealer. They installed them for me when I bought the car in February.

No, I haven't gotten the lighted turn signals yet. I just haven't gotten around to doing some research on who could install them.
