Friends: 0 | You'd think since we live in the Great White North that 0W20 oil would be commonplace at Wally World or Crappy Tire, but sheesh what a pain. |

Friends: 0 | I believe the specs on the Signature series Amsoil full synthetic are vastly superior to Mobil1. I've used Amsol for over 3 years and 120,000 and still working great. I change the oil once a year and change the oil filter every 6 months. |

Friends: 0 | I'd have to double-check what series the Amsoil 0w20 is being sold as. The thing about it is, is that Amsoil is not exactly a mainstream product up here. So, I'm not exactly sure if our local "wally world" type store will be carrying it for a long period of time. I like to stick with one particular brand of motor oil, and that's usually Mobil1, but Amsoil will do as long as they do not discontinue selling it. |

Friends: 0 | I bought a case of Mobil 1 on sale from Crappy Tire in December. I notice that it is not on sale any more, but can be purchased by the liter at $8.67 each. |

Friends: 14 | Pennzoil Platinum synthetic (0W20 and other grades) can be purchased on the internet by the case. From here, for example: Pennzoil Platimum for Hybrids 0W20 - Case 6/1 Qt I cannot confirm that shipping to Canada would be simple, but I'd hope that a case would be about 30,000 km worth of oil. |

Friends: 0 | Hey Echelon There is a guy right here in Mississauga who is a Amsoil supplier. I buy it right from him instead of the places he supplies it to. I can get you his address/number if you'd like. In my high performance cars I use Amsoil or Royal Purple. I only got the Prius a week ago, so not doing an oil change on it for a while, but will probably run Royal Purple in it when I do. Echelon, email me and I'll send you his info if you'd like it Brianwiley@hotmail.com |
