'Squeak' in coolant pump?

Recently, when my Prius is pushing coolent out of its thermos just after startup, the sound has turned from its normal hum to include a bit of a squeak, as well. I'm not sure that's a totally accurate description, but I can't come up with anything better. Has anyone else had this happen? Should I be concerned?
