Parking Brake Pedal Pad

My 2005 Prius parking brake pedal pad won't stay on. I bought a replacement and the parts guy installed it for me, but after a short time it is now coming off.

Does anyone know an easy way to put the pad on the parking brake pedal and keep it there?

same thing happened to me, i got a tube of silicone and its been there for a month no problems

I used some PL400 construction adhesive and let it dry overnight, now I probably couldn't remove it if I tried!
