My Car: 2007 Prius Package: #2 Nominated 0 Times in 0 Posts TOTM Awards: 0 Friends: 0 | At this site, there are a lot of free services for Prius owners and I have not seen any threads about them: http://www.coastaletech.com/maintenance.htm, which goes to state: "The Toyota Prius is allowed several complimentary services which are provided free of charge at your dealership. Following is a warranty bulletin which describes the procedures which should be performed during your scheduled visits and the intervals which are determined for a vehicle being used in normal situations. As a Prius owner, these services will be provided at no cost to you!" Warranty Procedures Bulletin PROOO-13 If this is reliable info, it almost eliminates the need for buying a service contract, yes? |

If you noticed, the complimentary maintenance service schedule on that web page is for the NHW11 which is the model designation for the 2001-2003 model years. The 2004-2007 Prius is designated NHW20.

Around here it is dealership dependent. We could have gotten our Prius across the river for a bit less, but the one we did buy from is 3 miles down the road and offered free oil changes.
