ENGINE NOISE 2007 PRIUS

I have a 2007. In the morning after starting and the gas shuts off, it sounds like the engine is going to come out (loud) sound when going to electric? Is this normal?

Do you mean that the engine shudders? That is pretty much normal. It can be minimized by waiting to turn the car ON until you are ready to drive away; then the drive train absorbs the shuddering and makes it almost un-noticeable.

If the engine is roaring, as though you were moving at high speed up a steep hill, that's probably not normal.
