SF Bay Area 2008 Prius Prices?

How are the prices for 2008 Priuses in the SF Bay Area? I've called around and the best I found for a #2 was $21,950. Is this a good deal? Also, can anyone point me to where I can find out MSRP and invoice data for 2008s and the packages?

consumer reports $14
i have both, consumer reports is more detailed and accurate
