Friends: 0 | Re: 2009 shipments? i would guess it depends on the dealership and region. i've been checking inventory for the past couple of weeks for package 2s. in a two week period: - a dealer went from 9 to 8 - another dealer went from 9 to 16 - another dealer went from 11 to 15 so i have seen 09 package 2 inventory increase at some dealers. |

As an aside, how are you able to determine which are package 2? I either haven't been looking close enough or the dealers around here don't always list what a car's got on it, just the MSRP. (Which admittedly is a decent indicator... I priced a package 2 with added floor mats on Toyota's site and it came out to be one of the more common MSRP's I've seen.) | |

Friends: 0 | Re: 2009 shipments? Due to low auto sales, some dealers are in bad shape and therefore not able to take inventory that is assigned to them. Other dealers that are doing better are able to scoop up available inventory. Toyota is not shipping 2009s anymore... and in the Southeast region there are few at the port. |
