Yes.

I'm spending a lot more thought on my home nowadays. It was actually a hybrid naysayer on another board that pointed out that money spent to buy a Prius was more wisely spent on the home, in terms of environmental benefit.

I had to sit down and go though the arithmetic to convince myself, but at least in my case, he was right. Luckily I have the money to do both, or I would be feeling rather foolish.

a square foot is 144 square inches. a square meter is about 1547 square inches. i think you may want to ask the question in reverse.

Your right, I have a nice little conversion book I use all the time. Square feet to square meters = multiply by .0929 . I was curious as to how much of a response I would get and wondered how the other would do the footprint thing if they could not convert. The other conversion should be the reciprocal 1/.0929 = 10.76. You did it the hard way.....logic. Andy
