Default build a solar panel

Does anyone have ideas on what solar panels are best to run an Engel fridge over an extended camping period. How much do they cost?

maybe try this:

Costco - Sunforce 160 Watt Solar Back Up Power Kit with Sharp® Solar Modules

Better to have a little extra juice, than not enough. I believe those little guys pull no more than 60 watts at start up.

Hi new poster, with the most interesting Prius of all! Or so at least a few of us think. You can get a lot of hints for free at

Home Power Magazine: Solar | Wind | Water | Design | Build

Maybe the experience will inspire you to subscribe to their fine magazine.

Have you changed the transaxle fluid on your old wreck yet ?
