Having the wife move it was one of the symptoms...I would try to move it back and waste time and water doing so (often unsuccessfully.) Recognize that this was happening for both of us, without making either happy. And then the !$@^~ thing would move on its own multiple times during the shower forcing a readjust. I swear it had it in for us...

With a good low flow head you don't need to make the handheld adjustment and can instead turn like yourself like do with a normal shower head. That's my experience.

But if you don't have any of these problems and are happy with it, then that is great, really. Shower experiences are pretty subjective, you can't exactly quantify shower satisfaction. Some people require 12.5 gpm showerheads and 30 minute showers to be happy while I think they are nuts, so I don't want to dump all over anyone happy with their ultra low flow showerhead. If it works for you, it works and that is what is important.
