Friends: 12 | Jay Leno's garage .... maybe I should have said warehouse: Jay Leno's Garage When Jay offer's to plunk down a million for an EV1 that would otherwise go to the crusher, how many spots will that million bucks move him up on the Aptera wait list ... maybe put him in the single digits? |

Friends: 0 | He did mention one problem, and driving my Xebra for two years, I can testify that it is an annoyance: It's almost impossible, with a three-wheel car, to avoid hitting every single pothole on the road! And if you live where there's snow, after a snow, there's a ridge of snow in the middle of the lane, and your middle wheel hits it unless you drive offset to one side or the other. Having the middle wheel in back will be an improvement over the Xebra's front wheel, but it's still an issue. All other things equal, I'd rather have a car with four wheels. But in spite of that, I'd have gotten one if it had been available when I was shopping for an EV.

Both EVs use electrons generated from water power. Gas guzzler for when I have to travel farther than 60 miles: 2004 Prius.
