I saw this a while ago and was reminded on how much we love to respond.

How many PC members does it take to change a lightbulb?
A: 1,331:

* 1 to change the light bulb and to post to PC that the light bulb has been changed.
* 14 to share similar experiences of changing light bulbs and how the light bulb could have been changed differently.
* 12 to request that the location be added to the light bulb's profile, so the the forum can better help change it.
* 3 trolls caution about the dangers of changing light bulbs unless you are a licensed professional.
* 8 to complain about the quality of light bulbs, considering how much you pay for one.
* 2 to smugly post that they use L.E.D.s, so they don't need to change light bulbs.
* 11 to compare the new light bulb with the light bulb they used to have and wish the new one was like that.
* 1 to post an oversized picture of a light bulb, causing the entire thread to be displayed in a window that's too wide for the monitor.
* 27 to point out spelling/grammar errors in posts about changing light bulbs.
* 15 to flame the spell checkers
* 12 to comment that there are features of the light bulb mentioned in the manual that aren't actually in the production lightbulb, and then ask why they weren't included and if they'll be included in next year's model of the lightbulb.
* 154 to write to the moderators complaining about the light bulb discussion and its inappropriateness to PC.
* 1 moderator to respond to the complaints and threaten to shut the thread down.
* 41 to correct spelling in the spelling/grammar flames.
* 112 to post that PC is not about light bulbs and to please take this exchange to LightBulbChat (aka LBC).
* 203 to demand that cross posting to Appearance Modifications, Audio & Electronics and Care, Maintenance & Troubleshooting about changing light bulbs be stopped.

* 14 to post that the URLs were posted incorrectly, and to post corrected URLs.
* 3 to post about links they found from the URLs that are relevant to this list which makes light bulbs relevant to PC.
* 33 to quote the longest post so far, and then add "Me Too."
* 1 to ask how to change a faucet washer instead of creating a new post.
* 12 to post to the list that they are unsubscribing because they cannot handle the light bulb controversy.
* 15 to quote the "Me Too's" and then add "Me Three."
* 4 to suggest that posters read the manual first before replying.
* 1 to propose moving the thread to the Prius Main Forum.

Glad you liked it. You're right about the trolls.

You should come in December. The 2nd and 3rd is December Nights. All the museums are open for free and there's a lot of food and things to see.
