I work for has about 40 job openings.....They just told everyone here that they are offering $4k finders fee for Project Managers. I'm taking this to mean....that all the extra time I use cruising the net while at work.....I could spend that time finding peeps that want jobs...? I'm thinking Craig's list.....Monster.....Prius Chat forums......everywhere I hang out. Anyone have any good ideas how I should promote this? |

Particularly if you commute on some seriously crowded highways... hmm, maybe contact an appropriate recruiter and offer to split the fee? Pimp the competitors... college boards for recent civil engineering grads? |
