Friends: 0 |  a long story short- my brother lives in Danbury , CT and has several disabilities due to a motorcycle accident many years ago. I just had a visit with him , and it seems he is going down hill. I would like to have him evaluated and get him more help. Does any one here know any thing about CT social services and can suggest how I can get things started? Please send me a message- thanks! |
