Just thought it was funny seeing this with all the "hurry and get your limited California Clean Air Vehicle HOV sticker" talk.

Notice the Texas plates.

Was this picture taken in Texas? I don't know if a GI out here in CA with legal out-of-state plates could qualify for the stickers. Anybody know?

Yeah it must have been someone who lived in CA then moved to TX. CA wouldn't give out those stickers to an out-of-state car. Wouldn't make sense.
