Bimbo in Spanish is pronounced, "Beem-bo"......

My very first international trip, to Spain, back in 1990 I was barely off the plane and on a bus in Barcelona and one of the first things I saw that told me I was "not in Kansas any more Toto" was a Bimbo truck...it's photo 2 or 3 that I took that trip, through a bus window.

I remember my first trip to Mexico, riding along one of the smaller highways. They have spontaneous memorials set up along there for people who were killed at that location. I couldn't help laughing when I saw a cross set up with the cross-bar part saying in large, friendly letters "BIMBO".

Bimbo has been buying and making a bunch of baking brands, Rainbow Bread and Mrs. Baird's here in Texas, and a bunch more in the states and internationally.
