(ChattahBox) — Nasa’sClick the image to open in full size. Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) spacecraft, which originally launched on 18 June has captured images of Apollo landing sites on the Moon, revealing hardware and a trail of footprints left on the lunar surface. Perhaps a blow to the many that the Apollo moon missions were staged?

Hell, the nut jobs who think the landing was staged will just insist that the photo was faked.

I once had a coworker who did not believe the earth was round (or oblate spheroid). I made some offhand comment about flat earth and he basically told me that it was flat and all evidence to contrary was faked. He also thought that the lunar landings were fake. He was an electrical engineer.

It never came up. He was eventually fired, because they shipped some parts from a project he did and the parts did not make spec and he knew about it. I think he was made a scapegoat because he did what his manager told him to.

I think you could pass all the classes for electrical engineering without ever coming across a test question that asked if the earth were round or flat.
