maybe true. but that would imply that Bermuda has the least number of impoverished, off the grid people. what the heck, its a resort area. just give employees internet access as a perk and its easy to see why they rank #1 but no issue with that really.

its easy to see the US ranked low, but higher than Japan?? sorry, not seeing it.
