She could have ran over a small kid in the parking lot, and thought it was also a "rock" Yes, we have No Fault up here too. The socialized car insurance here takes it to an extreme. Say you're stopped at a red light, minding your own business, and a driver plows into you. You suffer whiplash, other injuries, etc You'd naturally assume Manitoba Public Insurance Corp, or "Autopac," would give you a gentle hug and take care of all your needs. Right?
