We just got back from a 260 mile trip and at first I thought the gas gauge was stuck, got 144 miles and still showed full tank !!!! then at about 210 dropped a pip and another around 240 miles Very good mileage to me MFD showed 55.8 mpg average.
I can live with that It is our best so far

Here's a shot from my MFD after a Sunday drive this past weekend:

This tank will be my best ever MPG-wise, and possibly miles-wise too.

I'm at 68.4 MPG after 220 miles. If the weather holds I'm hoping to hit 70 MPG before those guys in Virginia.

Aahh, a challenge! Of course if I get there first, you have only yourself to blame.

Bought a 2007 std in Feb 07: averaged 51.5 for 1st 1K. Then accidentally reset the mpg and got this for the next 40 miles:
[attachmentid=7129]

A mostly local trip on roads at 30-45mph.
Combined with several hundred more miles, mostly on the highway, we are now getting 57.3mpg.
We pulse and glide and anticipate, we always try to be aware of the flow of traffic, we usually drive at posted speed limits and our tires are at 37fr/35rr.
Love this car,
Bob

This morning lol. 70kms into the tank and 4.0L/100km (that's 59mpg).

Now it's 100kms and 4.2L/100km (56mpg).

But if you mean an entire tank, well two tanks ago got 4.6L/100km (51mpg) but calculated was 5L/100km (47mpg). Last tank was 4.8L/100km (49mpg) with calculated at 4.9L/100km (48mpg)

Well, I've got 64.1 MPG for my tank so far and it's got over 250 miles on it. This will be my best ever regardless of what my actual MPG will be as I've never been over 60 MPG on my car for more than 20-30 miles.

BTW, this is on a Classic Prius, so I feel like this is one hell of an accomplishment considering I live in a pretty hilly area.

I am at 59.3 mpg at 199 miles, temperature mean 39 F high 49 low 24. Might be able to get it to 60 mpg on the display, but the calculated mpg is usually about 2 % lower long term, the bladder makes consistent calculated mpg difficult as the bladder expands more at warmer temperatures.

I'd count on it with Chris, but I thought Jim said he was doing a lot of traveling...so while the cats away.
