Yes, the more accurate term would be "fossil fuel derived diesel," or the more casual "petrodiesel," but I didn't find that relevant and was trying to maintain consistency with the post I was replying to. And there surely is one or two dead dinosaurs in there amongst the gigatons of plankton, so I'll take a bit of linguist license :P
