How much is 1 gal of gas in your area.

Mobil (as in Exxon Mobil) are closing a lot of their outlets here in Adelaide. I though it was because they also closed their refinery here which was their smallest they have anywhere and was not profitable but maybe it was a global policy of consolidation of retail outlets.

Hi,
I filled up on Wednesday afternoon here in Brooklyn,N.Y. and paid
4.145 a gallon

Filled up at same place Thursday before memorial day weekend and paid $4.034. Hess station
This is the best price I could find....

Filled up at COSTCO yesterday. $4.499. 2 weeks ago it was $4.11. It will be $6.00 before the summer is over at this rate.

Just filled up at Sam's Club at $3.87. That's anywhere from 6-10 cents cheaper than the other stations around here. Pays to have that Sam's membership right now while I'm still waiting on my Prius to arrive. My current vehicle has a 20 gallon tank and averages about 23.5 MPG. I never go under half a tank so it's less painful. Can't wait til my baby arrives...should be any day now.

In the Roseville, CA area (near Sacramento) it is $4.45 to $4.55 for regular.

West Boynton Beach FL, I paid 4.13/gal on Friday. Last time I bought gas, two weeks ago, it was 4.05.
