We're back from Road-trip 2008

My husband and I just returned from our 2nd Road-trip in the Prius..

4,800 miles. Nearly the length of Africa (North to South). (Went from AZ to FL, GA, & Back!)

75+ hours of driving time. 270,000 seconds of our lives we'll never get back.

40+ mpg and only $430 in gas for our beloved Prius. Priceless...

So what was the breakdown?
Total Miles in Gas (haven't filled up last tank yet)
MILES = 4754
Total Gallons = 112.553
Do the Math = 42.23787904 (Average mpg)
Total Spent on Gas = $426.92
& 1 VERY dirty Prius!

Not bad considering we ranged in speeds from 70-85 mph!

oops big picture... I'll fix it tomorrow!

Not really! & we drove from el paso to houston & it was not fun! 890 miles is too many! Texas is where we got our worst mileage too! Damn Texas!
