Friends: 0 | I was just curious if anyone with a 2005 BC Prius has successfully replaced the built-in Bluetooth hands-free kit with a full-duplex version? I find it mildly inconvenient that the Prius' built-in car kit is only a single-duplex speakerphone, and was curious how expensive/difficult it might be to upgrade this. |

Friends: 0 | now, I do not have a prius yet... but... I see no reason why you could not change the microphone. That would make a big diferance on sound quality. I suspect the microphone capsule that is comes with is a $.50 piece of junk. A real microphone would make a big differance. This is not full duplex, but an improvement. |
