Friends: 0 | It looks like you have the JBL package. With the car OFF and the unit unplugged, flip the DIP switches on the car side to Up/Down. This puts it into MP3 mode and not CD mode which you currently have it in. You may have to press the CD button 2x to get text to appear. |

Friends: 0 | Got it in MP3 mode now. Thanks for the info (that was totally available to me in the manual . . . next time I'll read more first) Playlists are listed as either INIT or DICE I am assuming this updates after a while? I had it plugged in for about 5 minutes, but still either INIT or DICE was all the text I would see for anything . . . thoughts? And I still have to turn the volume up to around 35 or 40 to hear well . . . |

If you choose a playlist by pressing CD 2, you can then press CD 1 and move up and down inside the playlist you just chose. But it won't update the text to show the playlist name.

There is a cheat to show the Playlist for the first second or so. AT&T has a site where you can create a WAV from text. You enter the name, save the WAV and rename it to the name of the playlist. Then put it in the playlist as the first song. You'll hear the name of the playlist and see it on the screen.

I get in the car, turn it on, and the radio says Cdchanger2 and has MP3 above it. However, no other information is listed. No track name or anything, and shows 0'0" . . . all while a track is playing. If I press CD/AUX two times, no change. After about 5 or 10 minutes, a track titile will come up, but it is NOT the song that is playing. I reset my iPhone, but it made no difference, and my song titles are not long at all. I sent an email to the PriusChat Store, but have not gotten a response. What can I do? I paid $160 for a blank radio screen . . . I think this one is broken . . . Sadness
