05 Prius Radio Hack?

I've got a difficult one for you hacking gurus.

I'm in the military and stationed in England. Which means I have an American spec Prius.

Here in the UK, the radio stations broadcast frequencies in increments of .05 (ie. 95.55, 95.60, 95.65, etc.) where as in the states they broadcast in increments of .10 and only in odd numbers. (ie. 101.5, 101.7, 101.9, etc.)

So, as it stands, I can only pick up half the radio stations available because I can't tune into that fine of a frequency.

Are there any hacks or settings to allow me to do this???

Hi Geo. If the broadcast standards aren't compatible, I think you're out of luck. Maybe look in auto salvage yards for a UK Prius radio? You could probably swap them, the dash is easy to pull apart, and there are step-by-step illustrated guides on here.
