Friends: 0 |  Aux Input Standard Equipment in What Year? Hey guys My wife and I had an 05 Prius that had the homelink on the mirror and smart key options but no aux. input. We are starting to look at buying another prius and I just wondered if the aux. input became standard equipment on any particular year model? Maybe 2006 because our 06 Rav4 is the base model but it has it. If someone could let me know that would be awesome. thanks jared |

Friends: 23 | Re: Aux Input Standard Equipment in What Year? 2006 was the year of the Aux Input (not just in the Prius but the auto industry it seems) Check the Knowledge Base section to see which packages came with the Aux Input. it's located in the centre console next to the 12V power outlet. |

Friends: 35 | Re: Aux Input Standard Equipment in What Year? Or just get the car you really want and add an AUX input or a new stereo to it. A USB option as well as bluetooth and better sound quality can be added for about $250-$300 really easy on non-JBL equipped Prius.  |
