iPhone connected to aux

Hi all

I have an 06 package 4 with the aux connection, my sirius works great but when I connect my iPhone the aux connection is not available. cable checks out good phone works, and I have tried another music source that also will not play.

Any thoughts??

did you hit the aux button on the dash?

Yes, I did.

Make sure you turn the volume on the iPhone all the way to max. Try that and see

and that both sides of the connector are fully connected
