Default RH side high beam doesnt work

OK guys i've been searching for hours now trying to figure out what the issue is but here is my problem. I cannot get the Highbeam to engage on the passenger side of my 2005 prius. There HID's and i understand there is a motor that drives the reflector and changes the angle or relfection. The other side works fine... Where would be the first place to look for the cause of the motor not working, im guessing thats the problem. Toyota has been absolutely no help
