Replacing light bulb

I'm replacing the light bulb for the rear license plate on a '05 Prius. But don't see how to pop off the plastic cover on the inside rear hatch back. I don't see any hints like "press here to open." Can anyone help before I break something?

Take a look at the owners manual. For the 04 it is covered on page 308.

Are you sure? I checked and all I saw was a down arrow underneath the plastic as if you were supposed to just yank the entire thing out in one motion. It doesn't tell you where the clips are.
