Friends: 0 | My mother has a Prius and I thought I'd surprise her for mothers day by totally cleaning her car for her. My question is, for cleaning the inside is it ok to use Armor-All or what should I use if not...I dont want to mess up her car for mothers day. |

Friends: 23 | I believe Toyota recommends a damp cloth. If a cleansing solvent is required, use something gentle, probably not Dawn or something promising intense cleaning. The dash usually doesn't require anything more than a damp cloth. Some people have reported getting spills off the seats with water and dabbing. |

Friends: 0 | Armor-All will not hurt anything, but some people don't like the shiny appearance -- especially with the reflection it would cause on the Prius' big windshield. Sounds like a great idea (I've waxed my mother's car a few times for M-Day), but you might ask first before applying the Armor-All. |

Very sweet thing for you to do & smart to ask first. Overall, I think that damp cloth is the cheapest & safest, but if you're dying to go the extra mile, I agree with just a light coat of Armor-All on the dash. | |
