Friends: 0 |  My wife ran over something that punctured the tire. A service station mechanic repaired the tire with an emergency repair plug from the outside in. I didn't trust this repair and I took it to America's Tire for their opinion. They would not touch it, so I just replaced the tire with another Goodyear Integrity. The tire had only 2500 miles on it. Whlile they were replacing it, I managed to take a picture of the TPMS sensor for anyone that was interested in what it looked like. http://home.comcast.net/~gkimitsuka/tpms_sensor.jpg I guess Toyota doesn't want you to drive too much with the compact spare. They paint the outside with the sickest yellow paint and it really, really looks bad on the car. |
