Friends: 0 | The maintenance schedule tells you to do a brake inspection every 5000 miles. I was wondering - is this a normal inspection that any qualified brake shop can perform or are there special things that need to be looked at due to the type of braking system the Prius has? I'm getting my oil changed this Saturday and wondering if I should have the dealer do it or just take it to the place that normally does my brake work. Also - do they really need to be inspected every 5000 miles? |
