This is a discussion on Does Toyota sell the driver's side floormat alone? within the Gen II Prius Care, Maintenance and Troubleshooting forums, part of the Gen II (2004-2009) Toyota Prius Forums category; It's wasteful to replace all four floormats when only one is needed. This does not help the Prius' green reputation....

bad news, but he thinks you have to buy the set of 4. recommendation: save the other ones, and if you happen to get a flat tire on a rainy, nasty day... tada, you've got a surface to work on and not get all dirty.

Thank Him (He Who Must Not Be Named), thank Him! He has given me a rationalization I can accept.

My Prius came with carpeted floor "mats," which given cold winters, snow and salt on my boots, would probably last two years before falling apart. I got very deep rubber mats that almost match the car's carpet, for $20 a set of two at Canadian Tire. Yes you can also buy them individually if needed.

Never buy things like that at a dealership, they're way marked up
