Just got done adding a layer of Zaino Z-CS. All I can say is WOW! This stuff makes the car better than a show room finish! Even better than the standard Zaino products! I highly recommend getting a bottle if you already use the Zaino products. I already put a layer of Z-2 on a few weeks ago and decided to just spray on a layer of Z-8 then a layer of the Z-CS.

The Z-CS goes on easier than the regular Zaino products. It almost acts like a thin coat of oil. One spray really goes a long way! After you let it dry the shine really comes out!

I made this post just as a reference for me but feel free to comment.

Yes I concur! Could you tell us Tom the exact products that you bought/used? Are they the only products from Zaino that you bought as described in your OP?

Yeah, I use the Z line of products also. A couple of weeks ago, I went absolutely nuts and added these layers (Ready for this?!):

z-pc, z-6, z-5, z-6, z-5, z-6, z-5, z-6, z-2, z-6, z-2, z-cs and z-6. Whew!

I was trying to really pull the color out of my car and get that deep, wet look. But you know, with Tideland Pearl, it just doesn't really happen. Not like with black or red, like yours, Force...

Whew! is right! You're much more industrious than I.

Did you have some significant scratches or swirls that required the Z-PC? How did it do? I've been babying my car as much as possible, and I've had only minor stuff that I've treated with Z5. But some of it still shows after one coat of Z5.

Not knocking Bob -- I respect the effort to make his car as shiny as possible -- but in case prospective Zaino users might be scared off, it doesn't necessarily require all of this. My last Zaino treatment was:

• Full wash with Dawn
• Z18 ClayBar
• 1 coat of Z5 followed by Z6 wipedown
• 1 coat of Z2 followed by Z6 wipedown
• Finish with Z8

That was done in October, and the car looks almost as good now as it did then, with water still beading nicely.

I just ordered the new Z-AIO and Z-CS and will use them this next time, hopefully this weekend. The sequence will be (with guidance from Sal Zaino):

• Full wash, no Dawn (the subsequent Z-AIO treatment will do what Dawn would have done)
• Z18 ClayBar
• Z-AIO
• 1 coat of Z5 followed by Z6 wipedown
• Z-CS
• Finish with Z8

I bought the kit last year and did the following...

Wash with dawn

Z-5
Z-6
Z-5
Z-6
Z-5

Z-8

With all the layers on I think I will just do a Z-5 when needed and Z-2 twice a year with a layer of Z-6/Z-8 after. Then top it off with the new Z-CS

When I run out of the Z-2 I think I will try the new Z-AIO
