303 Protectant, used in marine environments for years. Doesn't make them shiny but it works.

I use a product made by 'Stoner', can't recall exactly what they call it, but come in aerosol can and sprays nicely, it also stays on quite a bit longer than the foam :-)

I use a product made by 'Stoner', i can't recall off the top of my head what they call it, but is in a aerosol can and isn't foam. It works well and stays on even through rain, much better than the foam crap or the tire wet stuff you have to hand apply.

They also make 'invisible glass' which works great on windows!!! no streaking!! :-)

I use Meguiar's Insane Shine but the shine doesn't last too long.

I second the recommendation for 303 Aerospace Protectant. It's actually good for the tire, not just oily shine. And you can use the same product on all the plastic too.
