Friends: 0 | Re: MFD issues on '04/'05 Prius So My best friend has a 2004 Prius w/ 175k on it, his has been acting really odd just like ya'll have stated. So I am going to help him out and *try* hobbits fix.. If not I told him to just buy one off Ebay!  I have a 2005 w/119k and no problems. |

Panne Ecran / Clim / Radio - Forum Prius Touring Club FYI the cost of the repair was around 3000$ if you listen to the local toy shop. when you come to france let me know... |

Mine the radio would go off or when the MFD was acting up the radio was on but if I pressed the audio button the screen says audio off and when you press the Climate button a message says the AC signal isn't available or something like that. Either way I'd re-solder the plug to the board as in Hobbit's instructions, there is little to lose and a lot to gain. |
