Friends: 0 |  We just got our Prius a week ago (2008 pkg 5). My wife had not driven the car at night, yet, and I was showing her the brightness and color of the HID headlights while the car was parked in the garage. When I turned on the headlights, I heard a buzzing sound coming from the front of the car. I turned the lights off and on a few times to confirm that the lights (or something in that circuit) were causing the sound. Is it normal for the headlights to buzz? Could the ballasts be faulty?
