Default Intermittent heat.

I have an unusual problem. When the car warms up I get plenty of heat. After driving for awhile I seem to be loosing heat. Then after some time the heat returns. Is this a symptom the my recirculating pump is not working ? Does anyone else have this problem?

Default Re: Intermittent heat.

Hi!

When my Prius is cold in the cabin the heater blows out very hot until the selected cabintemperature is reached. After that the temp. of the airflow is decreasing to hold the prestet temp. Sometimes if i driving into the moring and the sun rises, the car is heated by sunlight and the aircondition starts to blow cold air to decrease the car temp. to the preset.

greetings, mike
