Friends: 0 | I thought this deserved it's own thread b/c this car is amazing. Well I was at 129,000 miles and for some reason thought I needed new front brakes. I get a coupon for $200 front brake job and think, "what the hell, I'm sure I'll need new brakes soon enough." So, I take her in and get a call back from the service tech that I've only used 2mm of my front brake pads. I decide to do it anyways since I won't ever need another brake job or at least another 500,000miles. I currently have my old "really new" brake pads and will be saving them till I hit 600000miles so I can put them back on. |
