Default Protect / revitalize exterior Plastic...

Can anyone suggest a product for re-vitalizing and protecting the black exterior plastic parts on my 2007 Prius. I rummaged through the detailing posts, but haven't found anything specific for plastic. Some parts of my vehicle are getting a slight milky haze. Thanks.

I have been using 303 for most of the year I have owned my 2007. There is no evidence of haziness or other aging on the vinyl, inside or outside. My car is not garaged, and is exposed to direct sun every day.

My husband uses Stoner Trim Shine on his 1999 F250, and it makes the formerly hazy plastic areas (mirror, bumper and side moldings) look brand new, it's really amazing stiff. People think it's a new truck, ever since he started using it. I believe you can find it at nearly any auto store, he purchases it from Kragen.

This stuff has been the best so far. I found it at the dealer.Where you buy The OEM oil filter.

Mothers Back-To-Black Bumper & Trim Care restores black plastic & rubber bumpers and trim to their original black color. Care for your car's bumper

But why have they been hazing in the first place? How do you clean them?

Black Wow....an excellent, but pricey product that will GREATLY outlast 303 or Back to Black. Try Autogeek.com....enter "autopia" for a 10% discount or join their forum for free shipping over $75.

I'v had my 05 for about 3.5 years now and have only used Pledge furniture polish on it. For the first time' I thought of the exterior plastic ( which I had never done!) used pledge on that too and it looks like new. Stuff is cheap oops, inexpensive also.
