DVD Won't Eject

I'm trying to eject my NAV DVD but it won't come out. I'm pressing the button called PUSH. I'm trying quick presses and long presses. With the car on and with the car off. Nothing. (I have the Coastal Tech "kill-I-agree" dongle doohickey installed, but I doubt that would affect anything.)

There's no machine sound of it trying to eject. Nothing.

Any suggestions?

Just for fun, try disconnecting the wire harness connectors to the nav system (to cut the 12V power). Then reconnect them, and see if you can eject.

IIRC, you have to push the button and slide it over to the left. You should see a door in front of the DVD slot drop down and then the DVD will eject. The car must be on. IIRC, I had it in IG-ON.
