Glove Box Rattle

I have a 1 month old 2008 Prius that has a rattle coming from the upper glove box door. If I press on the left corner by the hinge or by the latch the rattle goes away. If I apply a SLIGHT outward force (towards the seats) the left corner near the hinge will move 1/8-1/4" if the door is closed or 1/2" + if the door is open. The right side does not move at all. Is this normal? Any suggestions on quieting the rattle. I would prefer not to have to deal with the dealer.
