Silver label to silver label smart keys

We thought we were down to one FOB smart key silver label (2007 prius) and I bought a couple from ebay from two different people. Haven't taken them anywhere to be programed cause we found the other key but is it possible to have a used key programmed to work like are factory ones? We have an SKS system... (I think I got that right, opens the doors with the FO

Probably. It's a dealer job. I would recommend you take all the keys down and see if you can get them all paired up with the car. What the dealer does is introduce them to the engine immobilizer and tell it that these fobs are now authorized. If that works you still may want to change over the mechanical key that is hidden inside each fob.
